From handmade goods
to connected operations.
Running a product business exposed operational gaps that generic tools could not solve—so I designed and built a private custom ERP for Ekma Studio's daily operations.
The React and Firebase application centralizes clients, products, invoicing, inventory consumption, bills of materials, production routing, work orders, tasks, reporting, and secure user access. It gives the team one connected system for moving work from an order through production and reporting. The application is an internal business tool and is not available for public access.

Ekma Studio is a Vancouver-based creative brand founded by Ekin and me. We create thoughtfully designed tote bags, wine bags, stickers, and custom pieces, then print and press them locally in small batches.
My role spans the business and technical sides: contributing product ideas and designs, supporting production and markets, managing the website and digital operations, and building the systems that help us run the studio consistently as it grows.
